JAG Welding, Fab & Services (JAG WFS) is a specialty welding and fabrication company provide direct services to shipyards for large commercial, Navy and other government shipbuilding and marine repair contracts. Our crews are NAVSEA certified with extensive experience supporting Navy projects. In 2018, JAG executives seized another vital opportunity and was awarded stewardship of the 11-acre Seward Shipyard and synchrolift facility in Seward, Alaska. The Seward Shipyard is the second largest shipyard north of Seattle and serves a highly diversified Alaskan fleet, including commercial shipping vessels, fishing vessels, oil and gas industry ships, Alaskan ferries, regional Coast Guard and Navy ships.

In 2021, JAG Alaska Inc., Seward Shipyard crews broke records for the largest barge ever to be hauled onto Alaskan soil for repairs, the Columbia Boston, proving the ingenuity and determination that is characteristic of the JAG Marine Group.
